Special Time for Check-In and Departure

Exceptions to the regular trip times can be made with adequate planning and paid reservations. Call Karen at 334.201.5510 or 334.514.1465 to make special arrangements.

Check Boat Availability

If you would like to paddle today, but haven’t made a reservation, call 334.201.5510 between the hours of 9 am– 6 pm to check availability of boats. If your call is unanswered, we are either assisting a customer with check-in or are on the other line. Please leave a message with your name and phone number and the purpose of your call; your call will be returned as soon as possible. Normal operating hours are 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Thursday through Monday. By prior arrangement, prepaid trips may be scheduled on Tuesday and Wednesday. Walk-ups may be accommodated, if other reservations have been made for the same time.

You may expedite the rental process by downloading the Release of Liability form. Persons 18 or older must sign the Release of Liability Form. The parent or legal guardian of a minor 17 or younger must sign the Boat Rental Agreement Form and the Release of Liability Form. The signed forms must be presented at the at Coosa Outdoor Center check-in desk.

Reservation Cancellation Policy—No Refunds

Coosa Outdoor Center does not issue refunds of payments.

Rain Check Policy

Only cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation date are guaranteed a rain check. There will be no refunds. If a rental is cancelled later than the 24 hours, we will make every attempt possible to rent the reserved boats; if successful, we will issue a rain check to the renter to be used within one year.

Storm Check

Coosa Outdoor Center reserves the right to delay or cancel scheduled departures should weather conditions occur, or be anticipated to occur, that may endanger the welfare of Coosa Outdoor Center customers. Should a trip be delayed more than one hour, a customer has the right to either wait for the trip departure or, if the customer has a schedule conflict, to reschedule for another time and/or date.  Reservation can be rescheduled up to one year from Storm Check’s date of issue.
