Lonnie Carden and the staff at the Coosa Outdoor Center has more than 34 years of experience backpacking,  hiking, canoeing, kayaking, camping, snow skiing and sailing—in other words—we specialize in fun! We have the knowledge and the experience to help you prepare for just about any adventure you might want to have. Drop by to visit with us at 172 River Road, Wetumpka, AL.

Our summer hours are April – October, Thursday – Monday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Our winter hours are November – March, 10 am to 6 pm. We are generally closed on Tuesday and Wednesday; the exception being prearranged  appointments and boating reservations. Call for availability or appointment prior to visiting with us on Tuesday and Wednesday.
